Q: What client-side operating systems does Reading Eagle Online support?
A: MAC - 9.x (some limitations)   OSX (some limitations)  Windows - XP   2003   2000   98.
   
Q: What web browsers does Reading Eagle Online support?
A: It is compatible with the latest versions of the following browsers: AOL, Netscape, Internet Explorer.
   
Q: When I load Reading Eagle Online, I don't see the center part of the page. What are some common problems?
A: 1. Cookies & Pop-Ups from the following domains must be allowed: readingeagle.com & readingeagleonline.com.
2. Most common problems found are cookies and pop-ups from the domains above have not been allowed.
3. Web browser security may be set to high not allowing the scripts to execute properly.
   
Q: I can't log in. What's wrong?
A: All log ins are case sensitive - Both user name & password. Make sure your Caps Lock is not on.
   
Q: Why don't I see a " Log Out" button
A: The Daily product does not store the username & password - which means you only need to authenticate for access to the product - all you need to do is close the browser window.
   
Q: I subscribed to the E-Edition, can I access the Online Archives
A: The Archives is a completely separate subscription based product and is not tied to the print or online edition. However there is a demo of how the system works available at - http://www.readingeaglearchives.com - look for the demo link in the middle of the page - it is only populated with a few editions so the user can see how it works.
